You say it's your birthday?
Well, it is my birthday. I turn 35 years old today-yikes! Brett got me a great gift--a cooking class for the both of us at the Viking Culinary Arts Center! I love to cook and this is great because they supply the ingredients and all of the cool gadgets. You cook, they clean up. Then you get to eat your creation!
But, today I got an even better gift. Great Wall sent out a "Stork Alert." They do this each time they get word that the CCAA has sent the latest batch of referrals. They should get the referral next week. The CCAA left off with dossiers that made it to China by June 23rd. So, it is most people's speculation that this batch will include the last week of July plus August. We are September DTC, so that means WE ARE NEXT! This could mean a February referral, but because of Chinese New Year, it will most likely be early March. Regardless, we are approximately one month away from learning who our baby is, where she is, how old she is! And that is a great birthday present!
